Inventory levels are gradually increasing. The foodservice sector continues to be challenged with capacity restrictions/shutdowns. Market participants report educational institutions� demands are fairly steady for the near term. Numerous retailers are promoting a variety of cheese products for the holidays. In addition, grocers are adding order online/pick up options to encourage safe shopping. In the Northeast, the wholesale cheese prices for both cheddar and Muenster decreased $0.4475. In addition, the process cheese price is down $0.4675. The Grade A Swiss price is unchanged this week.
